Transcription/description of historical information: Il manoscritto appartiene al Fondo Farnese che costituisce uno dei nuclei fondanti della Biblioteca Nazionale di Napoli. Esso apparteneva alle collezioni artistiche che Carlo di Borbone ereditò dalla madre Elisabetta Farnese e che fece trasferire a Napoli al momento della sua investitura reale. Il nucleo librario era il risultato della raccolta sistematica che era stata effettuata nel tempo da parte della famiglia Farnese, probabilmente fin dalla prima metà del XVImo secolo. Sono testimoniati una serie di spostamenti della collezione, che ne devono aver influenzato notevolmente l'attuale consistenza, infatti dagli inventari è possibile risalire ad un trasferimento delle collezioni da Roma a Parma a metà del XVII sec, poi da Parma a Napoli il 9 gennaio del 1736, appunto con Carlo di Borbone. copiato a Luxeuil; prima appartenuto nel XI sec. a Fr. Wigrad
